Description: Small emerging global non-profit seeking a hands-on assistant to work with the organization's Founder/President. Work includes:

-calendar management

-travel arrangements

-assist with annual summer conference

-maintain database

-assist with bill paying

Requirements: Independant, self -starter with excellent communication, organization and project management skills; Outlook and Word expertise; knowledge of Quickbooks a plus but not required.

Work Schedule:Flexible hours over 4-5 days/week ,25-30 hours/week.
