The Project Planner has the primary responsibility to maintain existing Microsoft project plans by conducting daily status updates on all project activities and open action items. This colleague will also be responsible for capturing all meeting minutes and actions items, generating progress reports, formatting PowerPoint presentations and maintaining team rosters and e-mail distribution lists current, using standard Marketing Operations Project Management Formats.
He/she will work closely with the Project Managers to review status on all projects so that the project manager can analyze the risks and impacts.
-Proactively maintain existing Microsoft project plans and action items.
-Work closely with the US Project Management staff to insure timely communication of project status.
-Work closely with all project team members to obtain status on project tasks by conducting daily status calls to keep project plans current.

Length of Assignment: 6 Months +
Duties:
Managed Care Contract (fka Rebate) Analyst - Primary responsibility is the accurate, timely payment of contractual rebate obligations to managed care customers (GPO's, HMO's, IPA's, IHS's, HBG's, PBM's, LTC's). Utilizes rebate processing and validation systems, evaluates and interprets contracts, and completes detailed calculations and analysis of rebate payments. Includes the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for the proper evaluation and interpretation of managed care contracts to ensure rebate payments are made accurately and timely as per the terms and conditions of the contracts.
- Responsible for the detailed analysis and validation of rebate claim data and the calculation of rebate payments utilizing mainframe systems and p.c.-based applications.
- Responsible for maintaining an in-depth end-user knowledge of rebate processing systems.
- Responsible for maintaining an effective customer focus: communicating with and providing rebate claim supporting documentation to external and internal customers.
- Assists in the analysis and resolution of disputed rebate claim data.
