Location: Fairield County, CT -FILLED

Description: Small independent investment advisory firm seeking a skilled administrative professional to provide excellent service to clients including:

-Office Management-pay bills, order supplies, manage and reconcile company's bank account, entere trasnsactions in Quickbooks

-Reception- greet visitors, answer phones, schedule meetings

-Operational Support- distribute investment reports to all clients, verify daily trades

-Marketing Support-assist with social media support

-Client Database Administrator-manage the CRM system

Requirements: 

-4 year college degree

-Basic knowledge of financial markets and investments

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Experience with using Quickbooks, Excel, Outlook and Word

-Detail oriented/team player

Work Schedule: F/T 9-5, 5 days/week

Compensation: ~$55-62k with benefits
